The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum and 1.0% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week. For example, a Gold tier member with a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 would receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

A bet is considered valid only after it has been fully confirmed. Incomplete bets due to system or network issues will be treated as cancelled and the amount used will be refunded. No changes or cancellations are possible after a bet is placed, unless a technical error is proven.

6.2 Results and Disputed Events

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by 7z777

7z777 may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons: breach of terms, failure to provide documents for verification, suspicious financial activity or a court order. Access to the account will be restricted during suspension.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Any valid balance at the time of the request will be returned subject to applicable conditions being met. A request to close an account can be made via live chat or email.
